Most items purchased on Bengalenstore.com are returnable within 2 days, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. You can review the policy below for products listed on Bengalenstore.com. For products returned by the customer, a refund is issued to the original payment method. - Products are returnable within 2 days if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or differs from their description on the product detail page on Bengalenstore.com.

Return will be processed only if:
- It has been determined that the product was not damaged during your possession.
- The product is identical to what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such information from the device before returning it. Bengalen shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including instances of buyer's remorse, such as ordering the incorrect model or colour of a product, or receiving an incorrect product.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
- Products may be eligible for replacement only if the identical item is in stock.
- If the replacement request is placed and the same product is not in stock, we will provide a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Note: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your replacement or refund after inspecting the item. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days of the product's delivery.
Shipping
If you are purchasing from outside India, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you are buying in India, then you will get free shipping for returning your item.
